Abstract Thermal characteristic is important performance of the bearing, which reflects friction characteristics bearing. bearing will change along with internal behavior when fails. There a very complex coupling relationship. It an implication for thermal analysis cylindrical roller considering thermo-mechanical coupling. A model heat generation established based on method quasi-static and network to solve And then, variation thermal-mechanical such as torque, contact force temperature wear failure analyzed. The results show that are strongly coupled clearance. decrease clearance increment even rotor binding.with increasing degree.
